Handmade with Wood, Camel bone, resin
All of our items are entirely made by hand and is hand-crafted in india .
The process starts with building a wooden base for any item , chips of bone ethically sourced as a by product, are carefully cut into delicate shapes.
These chips are then affixed in various intricate patterns is finally waxed and polished to bring out the detailed textures and beauty of inlay work.
It take some days to complete single items. No two pieces will be similar and minor difference from the images will happen.
Note :- custom order cannot be cancel at any situation
Handling & shipping time
Handling time for bone inlay product is 2 to 3 weeks and shipping time is 10 to 11 business days .
Shipping policies:-
Our all products are 100% insured, if items received completely damaged or not repairable then we will provide you the replacement of the same product and if there is minor damage or repairable will pay repair amount.
Mirror policy:-
Mirror price is not included in the price listing of our Mirror frame but for the buyer relevant we are providing the "mirror" free with this mirror frame .
As mirror is fragile item so any damaged occur during the transit, buyer Had to replace the mirror on their own account as any shipping agency doesn't cover mirror under insurance policy that's why mirror is not insured. any other damages are all covered under shipping insurance.
If item received damaged:-
If you received the item damaged, don't worry about it , please provide us with complete images of inner & outer side of the product with courier company tags or box images which you received also please send us your contact no. With address. So we can investigate for the damaged shipment.
Return & exchange:-
Return will be accepted within 7-10days of receiving the good , if the products you had received are wrong or damaged. Return shipping to be paid in buyers account.
Additional shipping policy:-
If consignee is not responding to shipping agency for the shipment update or receiving the shipment due to custom duties or any other reason the shipment will be destroyed by the shipping company after 5 days of arrival at destination and we are not responsible for all these.
No claim will be accepted filled by the customer.
All charges like custom duties or taxes if any to be on buyers account.
